When you request a quote the details you submit — your name, contact details, vehicle information, damage description and any photos — are delivered directly to the panel shop you chose, into the workshop system that shop runs on PanelDesk. The shop uses them to prepare your quote and contact you. Submitting the form requires your explicit consent (POPIA), captured with the request.

Shop listings show business information provided by each shop through its PanelDesk account: trading details, contact numbers, address, trading hours and profile fields the shop chooses to publish.
